E-Brochure Effectiveness Guidelines
We are always delighted to assist and advise clients on ways to maximise the effectiveness of their Electronic Brochures.
In general there are a number of suggestions we would recommend:
1. Offer visitors prominent website access to your online E-brochure preferably from a link on your home page.
2. This link can be made up of a short sentence (using words like 'Open now' not 'Download', together with a picture of the front cover of the brochure to add visual impact.
3. The static picture could show a partially turned page and a video symbol to reinforce the interactivity of the online brochure.
4. The link can initially take the visitor to a simple data capture page which allows you to automatically record their name, email address etc in order to build a database for future marketing and analysis.
5. Once they have entered very brief information about themselves, the submit button then opens the E-brochure.
6. When they exit the E-brochure they are returned to your site, so you have not lost a visitor.
7. Utilise pro-active email campaigns to existing and potential clients. Ensure they know they can open the E-brochure without downloading any additional software.
8. Add a link to the E-brochure in your corporate electronic communications and other professional correspondence.
Our research has shown that it is important to include all or any of the above in order to dramatically improve the exposure and results from your E-brochure.
